Second to the Porterhouse steak is the T-Bone steak which also offers the best of both worlds.  It has a petit filet on one side and a New York Strip on the other side.  With the bone in the middle, it adds flavor while cooking to both cuts of meats. Our meat cutters also remove the strap, which is the toughest part on the steak.  This order includes 4 16oz pieces.
